https://add-rest.com/ is a website for presenting and promoting the Add Rest residential complexes and facilitating access to information regarding the availability and possibilities of purchasing a product;
The information presented is for informational purposes only, the exact conditions (including price) and specifications of the properties being established directly with the Operator’s representatives.
The display of available apartments, as well as information regarding the area, construction characteristics, their price or other corresponding elements represents a proposal addressed to undetermined persons, and not an offer to conclude a contract. By displaying these elements, the Operator does not express its intention to oblige itself if you accept this proposal.
The Operator reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by publishing another version of the document.

The User has the possibility to request information or offers through the contact form or at the email address: office@add-rest.com. The User who sends the request is obliged to provide complete and correct information.
After sending the request, the User will be contacted by a representative of the Operator, in order to confirm receipt of the request and establish the conditions of collaboration.

Prezentul Document este guvernat de legea română în vigoare. Orice diferent sau dezacord se va soluționa pe cale amiabilă, iar dacă rezolvarea pe care amiabilă nu va fi posibilă, disputa va fi soluționată de instanțele judecătorești competente din România.
