ADDrest + Batibouw 2024 – an overview
Participating at Batibouw 2024 was an amazing experience for us. Our stand showcased an innovative space optimization concept, born out of the needs of people seeking to enhance their living space and lifestyle. The idea stemmed from a desire to address common challenges faced in modern living arrangements.
Our stand showcased a versatile concept, featuring a retractable bed that rises to the ceiling. creating additional floor space for various uses like an office, living room, gym, or kids’ playground.
With just 2 square meters, individuals can enjoy a completely new room. Additionally, we introduced a retractable wall that seamlessly transitions between open spaces and private rooms as needed. This concept transforms static, passive spaces into mobile and versatile ones, allowing for multiple configurations to better suit the inhabitant’s needs. Safety is paramount to us, as evidenced by our TUV certification obtained for our concept.
The benefits of applying the concept were quickly recognised, particularly by professionals in the real estate sector, including architects and designers. Individuals seeking to implement the concept in their own homes or holiday houses were equally interested.
Moreover, discussions extended to the potential application of the concept in student housing and social housing. This sector is particularly excited to continue exploring the complexity of our product range and opportunities for collaboration in the future.
